Some remodeling projects can take longer than the typical 12 weeks. For example, if you want an ADU, the city requires more inspections, which can add time to the schedule. Also, a kitchen can add time to the schedule simply by coordinating cabinet delivery as they are built and ready to ship. Regardless, we will keep you informed throughout the process so you know what to expect.

Home remodeling schedules depend more on the renovation’s scope. Updating an existing bathroom is usually much quicker than completely changing a kitchen layout or remodeling several rooms at once. If you’re planning a larger renovation, we’ll look at how the different parts of the project fit together and work out a schedule that makes sense.
